i Want to know current location of agent.

you can find the path of the EM agent installer and other files within your device C drive

sample : C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Endpoint Manager

i lost one laptop and i need to know map location because device showing online.

Apologies we will not be able to provide map location for lost device. You can manage the device from portal and lock the device activities

You can also use the script for locking the devices.
