We have a number of Android devices that have started experiencing frequent MDM pop-up messages. Any time a user starts to enter a name, phone number, email address or similar, MDM pops-up and the user has to press the Back button on the device twice to return to the form. We are able to recreate the issue on a device in our office.
We didn’t get a further response. We uninstalled the MDM client app from the mobile devices to eliminate the frequent pop-ups. Hoping Xcitiium/Itarian will get it figured out at some point so we can start using the MDM function again.
