I have some newer Dell Optiplex AIO’s that come back on with a black screen and only cursor showing after standby mode. Uninstalling the Xcituim Client EDR seems to fix the problem. Started having this problem after a Windows 11 upgrade from Windows 10. Also, tried a totally fresh Windows 11 OS and app install but still experienced the same problem.

Request you to please collect CIS logs from the affected device, so that we can investigate and provide recommendations based on the logs.
If possible provide us screenshot or a short video of the issue with the Firefox browser to check.
Please download and run the following report tool on the affected device: https://download.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/cisreporttool/cisreporttool.exe. The tool collects both XCC & XCS logs and attempts to upload them to our SFTP server (Device name is included in the name of the output file). To be able to identify the logs on our side, please provide us with the local name of the device.
Once you have collected logs , please do share the error screenshots along with account details to our support team at support@xcitium.com to investigate further.
