Can't enroll new device via email

Greetings, love Comodo. When I try to enroll a new device, I try using the method of emailing the person who controls the device. No matter what, the email is not sent. So, I end up having to physically go to the computer, log into my Comodo account and then enroll “this device” to get it into my list. As far as I can tell, it is working as it goes through all the required steps; it just isn’t sending the email with the installer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
