CRM issues today?

Hi, who here uses the CRM, i can’t do quotes and invoices as it gives me persmission denied?

Hello, my ticket number is Ticket#4961166. I had this issue before. Also, it’s month end and we can not do invoicing.

Apologies that you are facing this issue again , Our team has already escalated the issue with specialist team , I will follow up with the team and update you on feedback.

Thank you, it is very urgent, we can’t invoice, and clients are asking us where are our invoices and it does not look well if we say we have an issue with our CRM.
