if you would like to cancel your Xcitium Account, please perform the following steps.
To delete your Xcitium CAM account, please follow the next steps:
Please send an email to support@xcitium.com with a subject line like “Delete/Cancel Xcitium CAM Account/Service”.
In the body of the email please include your email address associated with the account,
Once you do this, our support team will be contacting you directly to confirm that you want to delete your account.
After your confirmation is given, they will be able to delete/cancel your account and you will be all set.
