Hi, I am new to the platform. Under the device list, I see there are some devices that do not have the EDR green status. What are the conditions that trigger this? All devices belong to the same policy, but I see this inconsistency. I see not panel options specifically for “EDR” anywhere in the tool.
It depends on the installer that was used, does the install include installing the edr addon? If not, you can push install edr from the management console.
hi @elias , if you push EDR agent to your endpoint(s), that icon will turn green.
There are a couple of ways to do that:
1- Include EDR agent while endpoint enrollment
2- Deploy EDR agent after endpoint is enrolled.
your case lies within 2nd option for EDR agent deployment.
