Device Groups -> Default profile problem

When changing the profile of a device group, it first removes the profile deleted, then assigns no profile to the device which turns on all the apps (which we do NOT want). It did not then assign the new profile to the devices in the group.

We had to manually assign the new profile to the devices in the group.

You can try to assign a default profile on your portal that will serve as your default profile who’ll take ownership once you remove the other profile (see attached images). For further assistance please do send us an email to c1-support@comodo.com so we can investigate further. Please provide your admin account details, snapshots depicting the issue and name od the device on your portal which you have used for testing.
