I have a really bad internet connection and FLS does not rate a file quickly so does FLS need Upload speed or download speed so it can rate files in seconds?

As i see your Upload speed and Latency is not really good hence thats why you get a slow verdict from Us
But you could share all the SHA1s and we will check them
