Hi nivedithab.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find contact form on VT false positives.

May I ask you to check waynerooneyonline.com domain. On friday it was flagged as fishing but this is a simple blog website. I eager to communicate and resolve that flag, thanks in advance!

I have scanned my website, ktxhome.com on multiple reputable sources and everything is clean. I am sure the reason that it is on your phishing list is because it is a false positve. can you pleae remove my site from your phishing list.

hi @denhow20

as we have checked from our side , we do not find your domain being marked as phishing , please do check once again from your side and share screenshots with us.

thank you for checking. it was clean for a few days and this morning on virustotal it is showing up as “phishing” on your website

@denhow20 I have forwarded the details to the backend team to do the needful.

Hi, posting it here since my post has been pending for almost a month and has not been approved still ( https://bc.to/RNnZzq ).

We would like to share our experience with Xcitium and hopefully get some clarity, because at this point we are completely out of options.

Since March 2025 our domain has been repeatedly flagged as “phishing” by Xcitium. Every time this happened, we contacted their support and the flag was lifted, usually without any explanation, and without any feedback about what triggered the false positive in the first place. This alone was already frustrating, but at least the issue used to be resolved.

Over the past month the situation has deteriorated dramatically. Instead of one incident every few weeks, we are now being flagged once and sometimes even twice per week. Naturally, we reached out again. We provided all necessary information, including our domain names, explained that we were ready to go through any verification they required, and asked for details so we could prevent future false positives. We received no explanation whatsoever, and the flags continued.

On November 11 we were flagged again. We contacted support immediately. They silently removed the flag, but when we asked for an explanation, they started sending the same generic response over and over: “We have requested for an update with the concerned team and will update you as soon as we get more information.” We received this identical message repeatedly for an entire week, with no additional details, no follow-up, and no actual update. Yesterday we were flagged yet again, again without any reason and with no useful communication from support.

This situation has become exhausting. We cannot continue writing to support every few days just to see the same problem repeat itself endlessly. The complete lack of transparency makes it impossible to understand what is happening or what we should correct on our side. What concerns us even more is that the support process appears non-functional. There is no real feedback, no escalation and no indication that anyone is actually investigating these detections. For a vendor represented on VirusTotal, this level of service is extremely concerning.

These repeated false phishing flags are also causing reputational damage to our service. Users become alarmed when they see these warnings, trust is affected and we are forced to explain a situation we cannot control and cannot obtain answers for.

We are fully prepared to provide any verification, documentation or technical information required. What we cannot do is continue operating in uncertainty without any cooperation from Xcitium. We hope that someone from their team, or someone familiar with their processes, can finally address this issue in a meaningful way.
