Hello,
According to VirusTotal, the Xcitium engine (at least the one used on VT) is detecting our software as follows:
Filename: agent-7.6.2.0.exe
Detection: ApplicUnwnt@#mnmnhdiqtb5s
SHA-256: 3b328d4649eae2d574eab7ef71cf38a249b78d8b5fed20b3a1c549c361580027
Please note that Remote Utilities is legitimate remote access software. Additionally, the latest version of Agent (the detected file) requires explicit user consent with a disclaimer prompt, and the user must agree to run the Agent on their computer. In other words, the Agent cannot be run covertly.
Please remove this detection.
Thank you!
