Files are stuck on Analyzing forever No Static Analysis,No Dynamic Analysis,No NOTHING

Hello there
so today i was gonna upload some files to Valkyrie and i noticed something is seriously wrong with Valkyrie

Files wont get past Static Analysis and are stuck on analyzing forever

Team shared the feedback and said that there was issue with db performance, it was fixed, current state should be ok
please do recheck the file

There is seriously something wrong either with Valkyrie or your servers so please fix it or if you cannot then you should rebuild Valkyrie

So Great now Valkyrie is unplugged and when will it be plugged in back?
so now when there is no Valkyrie every file will be unrercognized by Xcitium unless they rate it manually

I’m also having issues with files not being processed. I have a ticket open for this #25701.
