We would like to inform you about a scheduled hotfix release on the Xcitium Platform, which will take place on the 25th of April. The deployment is expected to last approximately 2 hours. During this period, we do not anticipate any disruptions to the portal. And if you observe any issues after release, please feel free to share them with us.
The release schedule was implemented as follows:

BUG-FIXES
- Fixed an issue where Client Access Control was disabled for all profiles, compromising security.
- Fixed an issue that caused Remote Control and Tools profile tabs to be absent, preventing access to key functionalities.
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Monitors’ tab was disabled for profile details and related email alerts were not being sent, impacting monitoring capabilities.
