How can we allow users to customize more rules?

Hello, can the Xcitium client allow end users to customize rules? Currently, every time users set their own rules, they change and disappear after a short period. We don’t have very strict restrictions on end users’ software usage, but we require them to use HIPS and firewall to limit software to the maximum extent to ensure security. Therefore, our administrators cannot provide rules restrictions for a large number of software to users. How can we allow users to customize more rules? Thank you.

you can always manage the rules in the EM portal.
