We’ve noticed some users are experiencing suspended portal access. This occurs when accounts have unpaid balances of 60 days or longer. To restore your account:
Clear any outstanding balances using the payment links in your account.
Consider adding a credit card for automatic monthly billing.
Alternatively, contact your account manager to convert licenses to prepaid annual plans.
Many suspension issues stem from overuse of monthly-billed licenses. Taking the above steps will help prevent future access interruptions.
