Install XCS 12.0 failed

my server running OS 2012 std
install agent success but can’t install security from Xcitium portal
log show Installation failed (Failed to download https://onyxhospitality.itsm-us1.comodo.com/comodo-download/win/endpoint_security/12.0.0.7959/ces_64.msi)

How to solve this case?

Restart the device once and try pushing the install additional packages from the portal,

If the issue persists
Try to do the installation manually with the file directly on the server
