i discovered the product a few weeks ago and tried it for my personnal computers.
I received several messages to explain that Mobile Management Trial will expire on august.
OK fine, but i never see anywhere that service would become a paying service.
All theses payment informations are not clearly exposed.
If this service is not free, i can’t afford using it. How can i unsubscribe to that ?
And how to claim for that invoice which is unfair because unclear…

We realize that you have received invoice for Xcitium platform.
We would like to inform that we have updated the billing model for the Xcitium Platform recently and introduced assigned-profile billing. This is designed to make billing clear, controllable, and flexible. There will be no more free for 50 devices with Device-paid options.
As a reminder, starting April 1st 2024, you will be upgraded to our most recent ITSM platform, and we will now bill separately for the use of our RMM module to the extent you use these features. Specifically, RMM, Patch Management, and MDM modules will now be charged per device.
Our support team can help you in deleting your account.
Deleting the account will remove all the data and endpoints linked to this account. We also need to get your approval and understanding that all accounts, data, and endpoint registered will be expunged.
if in case you want to proceed with account deletion Please confirm the support team @ support@xcitium.com along with your account admin email address to proceed to raise the request for account deletion.
if you have made necessary changes to your profile and set only free services then you will not be charged for paid services.
You can set everything and share screenshot to ar@xcitium.com , they will look into it and do the needful for the already raised invoice and assist you accordingly.
