Licensing broken?

Hello

All invoices paid, nothing showing unpaid in CAM, all devices have an assigned profile, absolutely nothing has been changed. Actively trying to manage devices and I’m being told that I don’t have the right licensing for it, when I have have 13 more days of my license remaining. This has never done this before and no changes to licensing occurred on our end.

Please advise.

Email sent.

We had an pending sales call with an XCITIUM employee that I’ve cancelled until further notice.

Hope for a quick resolution.

An update on this, I was able to fully self-troubleshoot, identify, and resolve before either AR, or support, or legitimately anybody responded.

Apparently something magical changed in the background of Endpoint Manager without any sort of notification/alert/email/anything that required a card to be re-selected…
EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AN LICENSE ACTIVE AND ATTACHED TO THE ACCOUNT FROM THE SAME BILLING PERIOD.

To be clear, while Xcitium Enterprise says there was an active license attached and it was in effect, that license refused to apply until I went into Endpoint Manager and re-selected a card, clicked next, and then it said all was fine.

This is yet another example of another instance of 1+1 somehow not equaling 2 on this platform. How can a valid license invalidate itself due to non-lack of non-payment? This is nonsense. How can nothing be owed yet and yet a license is deactivated essentially in the future for non-pre-payment?

Scuffed. Do better.
