Link Tickets to Devices

Will it be possible to link tickets to devices? We are using ServiceDesk and Endpoint Manager, but it seems these tools are completely separate. Looking for 1-stop shop for ticketing, RMM, and change management.

Hi all, Can someone help me figure this out…during a Quick Scan I saw the following threat:

Unrecognized autorun enteries

The “Apply Seected Actions” button is gryed out and I don’t know how to clean it or if its a real or false threat. I uninstalled and reinstalled Comodo but i get the same threat message. Any ideas?
