Is anyone else having login issues today?
I got an error “server return error with code undefined” trying to login to the remote control.
I tried to login to the web portal I got The username and password do not match. Please try again.
Originally I got a timeout when attempting to reset my password.
I was later able to reset my password, but still having the same login issue with the new password.
