Menu Endpoint Security Status scan type for Clients show Unrecognize.

Hello. I had set template scan virus for clients in my workgroup. But Status Scan type not show type of scan (Show > Unrecognize ) How can i check this and take it show as usual.

Hi @Narongsak, I think you have scheduled a scan for unrecognised files, rather than a quick or full scan.
