Hi, have any other MSP’s that get billed through a distributor post pay, now not able to use any of the tools until they register a credit card ?
We realize that you are getting popups to add Credit Card while adding device. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that we have added a new feature where a pop- up appears which stated, “Credit Card Required”. This is a new option provided so that customers can no longer add additional licenses without adding a credit card for postpaid billing. This page looks similar to a FREEZE screen. You can simply click BACK to return to their portal, however, if there are any overuse invoices, then it will disable certain security features. If you need to buy prepaid licenses, you can speak with account manager or contact customersuccess@xcitium.com.
