Hi… My template profile don’t work to pc clients .
I set template for pc client and set schedule for run full scan but pc client not work from template . and date time not show by schedule template . (some clients show last scan last year)
please do check the associated profile settings and also check if there is more than one profile assigned to the PC.
Please do share us screenshots and small screen recording of the error which you are receiving along with CIS log report which will help us analyse the issue.

If you run the cisreporttool locally on the endpoint, an output file will be stored in the location where you run the tool from.
Please share the cisreporttool logs in the support ticket so we can further investigate, typically you can quickly share it via OneDrive. Just be sure to remove any permissions on the shared link.
Request you to drop an email to email@example.com along with the logs details and affected device name under which logs were collected,
Also share account admin email address , profile name which doesnt run on client , screenshot of the error which you are getting when you drop the email.
We will analyse it from backend and get back to you.
