We would like to inform you that Endpoint Manager Portal is having an outage on Europe region since 1:00 PM GMT, due to the outage happening on our 3rd party infrastructure solution vendor. Our vendor is already aware of and fixing the problem.
In the meantime, our teams also are working to find a workaround to overcome this issue by ourselves.
