Pending Verdict Cloud result

Hello folks, at leisure could someone from Verdict team review 535eba601e99184d725827e9360b42526035140b?

We have a customer who, believes there may be a pre-existing compromise of which this is, an artifact they’re looking for information on. It has been in system for a month+ but is not verdicted.

@BeeHiveCyberSecurity, if you have access to the file, I find the Sophos scanner is also excellent for analysing files.

We also have a similar issue with files being in a pending state in Verdict Cloud for weeks/months without a result.

Hi, we have 140+ files stuck in queue, some submitted a month ago.

I have a ticket regarding this that I opened in April that which I haven’t heard back on in case that helps - ticket number: 25701
