XCITIUM ENTERPRISE & ESSENTIAL PLATFORM

What’s in This Release

WHAT’S NEW

Introducing ARM64 Support: Deploy EXDR Agent to Windows ARM64 Devices
What you can see: Windows ARM64 is now available as a platform option in the Choose Platform dropdown on the Bulk Installation Package page, alongside x64, x86, and Hybrid.
What you can do: Select Windows ARM64 when creating bulk installation packages for EXDR deployments. In Device Management, when Install Additional Xcitium Packages or Update Additional Packages is opened for an ARM64 device, the portal will automatically use the appropriate ARM64-compatible EXDR version — no manual version selection required.
Why it matters: Admins can now deploy and manage the EXDR agent on Windows ARM64 devices directly from the portal, expanding endpoint coverage to the latest ARM-based hardware.

EXDR Agent Support for Windows x86 is Ending
What you can see: For Bulk Installation When x86 is selected and EXDR is checked, a message appears stating the portal’s predefined EXDR version is not configured for Windows x86 devices, and the latest x86-compatible version will be installed instead. In Device Management, when Install Additional Xcitium Packages or Update Additional Packages is opened for an x86 device, the portal will automatically use the appropriate x86-compatible EXDR version — no manual version selection required.
What you can do: No action required for x64 or ARM64 devices — behaviour is unchanged. For x86 devices, the portal will automatically use the latest x86-compatible EXDR version across all installation and update workflows — no manual version selection required.
Why it matters: The EXDR agent no longer supports new feature releases for Windows x86. The portal now clearly communicates this across all device management workflows and ensures x86 devices continue to receive the appropriate compatible version automatically.
