Hello everyone!

We’re pleased to inform you that the latest versions of Xcitium & Xcitium Enterprise Platforms are live now!

The release schedule was implemented as follows:

  • US Region Portal: The release will start on 2023-07-12T07:00:00Z
  • EU Region Portal: The release will start on 2023-07-13T07:00:00Z

The release was implemented within 30 minutes of deployment, during release time the platform could be under maintenance mode, where you might observe minor glitches.

And if you observe any issues after release, please feel free to share them with us.​

Xcitium Enterprise & Platform

Improvements

  • Updated email signatures that still contained Comodo branding to Xcitium.

Bug-Fixes

  • Fixed an issue of Alerts and Events not displaying as expected in Xcitium Enterprise.
  • Fixed the issue of creating a new account after logging in to the Xcitium portal with an unregistered email address.

Dear all,

Since we have an EU region release today, we would like to inform you that deployments are completed successfully. However, we’re facing some technical issues on the Enterprise platforms side. The Enterprise platform is currently unavailable for both the EU and the US regions.

Team is working hard to fix the issues as soon as possible. We’ll let you know when the issue is fixed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
