We’re rolling out a hotfix release today for both Xcitium Enterprise & Essential Platforms. This hotfix mainly related with bug-fixes.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.
Deployment Schedule:
- Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 02:00 AM EST (07:00 AM GMT), across both US and EU portals.
Enterprise & Essential Platforms
Improvements
- Corrected billing date calculation to always align with your account registration date, delivering consistent and predictable invoice schedules.
- Strengthened billing reliability by requiring a default credit card in CAM and syncing it with the platform, ensuring uninterrupted payment processing for postpaid services.
Bug-Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the External Device Control logs displayed device names from unrelated customers, even after those devices were removed from the portal.
