Release Notes: Xcitium Enterprise & Essential Platforms Update – November 20, 2025

Hello Xcitium Community,

We’re rolling out a hotfix release today for both Xcitium Enterprise & Essential Platforms. This hotfix mainly related with enhancements.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.

Deployment Schedule:

  • Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 02:00 AM EST (07:00 AM GMT), across both US and EU portals.

Enterprise & Essential Platforms

Improvements

  • Activation of Xcitium Logging Settings no longer triggers automatic installation of the XCS agent. A clear informational message now appears, reminding administrators to manually install the Xcitium Client Security agent before security and logging features can take effect — preventing unintended deployments and conflicts with third-party solutions.
  • A new centralized Reports section has been added under Dashboard, providing unified access to all platform reports with consistent export capabilities for improved usability and audit readiness.
  • Device List filtering enhanced with a Serial Number option, enabling precise location of endpoints using hardware serial numbers.
  • Observability of external device message processing enhanced, enabling faster identification and resolution of performance issues on Windows and macOS endpoints.
