We’re rolling out a hotfix release today for both Xcitium Enterprise & Essential Platforms. This hotfix adds support for Windows 11 25H2 to enable Xcitium Client Security (XCS) agent installation, resolves an issue preventing XCS updates on Windows Server 2022 for seamless upgrades, and fixes incorrect total alerts display on the dashboard for improved accuracy.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.

- Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 03:00 AM EDT (07:00 AM GMT), across both US and EU portals.

- Resolved an issue that prevented updating Xcitium Client Security on Windows Server 2022, ensuring smooth version upgrades through the portal for improved endpoint security.
- Resolved an issue causing the dashboard to display an incorrect total alerts count, ensuring only active alerts are shown for improved accuracy and clarity.
