We’re rolling out a hotfix release today for both Xcitium Enterprise & Essential Platforms. This hotfix mainly related with bug-fixes.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.
Deployment Schedule:
- Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 03:00 AM EDT (07:00 AM GMT), across both US and EU portals.
Enterprise & Essential Platforms
Improvements
- Extended EDR support to Windows 11 25H2, ensuring full compatibility and protection across the latest Windows 11 environments.
- Added SOC-defined File Group Variables (FGVs) that customers can customize but not delete, enabling flexible, standardized threat response configurations across all environments.
- Enhanced troubleshooting capabilities with detailed HTTP request and response logging in global-file-event when debug mode is enabled, with automatic truncation to prevent log bloat.
Bug-Fixes
- Resolved an issue preventing macOS and Linux quarantine events from appearing in the Quarantine Threats section, ensuring full visibility across all platforms.
- Resolved an issue causing incorrect device names to appear in Device Control logs, ensuring accurate and tenant-specific log visibility.
