Can you please explain more as to what this’ll entail for end users?
Also, any coverage of updates pending/incoming for verdict cloud? It is a respectfully huge tool in the Xcitium ecosystem and yet you are all very quiet about it
Also unrelated but can somebody ask the development team how they feel about the implementation of the sweetalert library for alert dialogues?
This task focuses on enrolling Android mobile devices as enterprise-managed devices. During the enrollment process, a hardware reset of the device is required. However, once completed, it allows for a significantly broader range of management capabilities through the portal. Previously, the approach was more aligned with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), whereas this option provides full management for company-owned devices, offering greater control and security.
If you notice any delays or issues, we encourage you to email us at support@xcitium.com. Please include your account admin email address along with 1-2 example files, and our support team will assist you promptly. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue improving our services.
Yes, the SweetAlert library can be utilized. We already have a ticket in place for UI updates across both Xcitium Enterprise and Xcitium Platform. While we cannot provide a specific ETA at this moment, it is an active item on our roadmap. Additionally, we encourage you to share your feature requests and feedback directly through our dedicated page at https://xcitium.canny.io/.
Please let me know if you need additional answers or further insights.
A hardware reset of a device is required…this is a large ask especially for companies with already pre-established MDM, since nearly no mobile backup solution is both complete in coverage and universal in restoration.
What will happen for devices that cannot be reset?
What will happen for devices already enrolled?
What is the exchange of features, and is there a way to accept/decline or pick through available/unavailable features?
Does this present any concerns to XCITIUM that it’ll be perceived as vendor lock-in due to the level of commitment and dissuade potential users?
Sorry for causing a misunderstanding. This is a development app with BETA release in preparation of a new EMM backend to improve our MDM abilities, and more precise information will be coming in the further releases. You can continue to use existing MDM for Android feature.
bizim Endpoint Manager güncellenmiş bu alan gelmiş , fakat Yeni agent 9.4 ve MacOs 2.7 versiyonları gelmemiştir.
Kontrol edebilir misiniz ?
ENG:Hello,
our Endpoint Manager has been updated, and this field has appeared. However, the new Agent 9.4 and macOS 2.7 versions have not been released.
Because the release date of the agents is today. Even if the agents are deployed to production, CDN (Content Delivery Networks) distribution may take additional time. Please check it again in the coming hours.
