Xcitium Enterprise & Platform and Agent June Release (June 17 & 18, 2026)

Xcitium Enterprise & Platform

What’s in This Release

WHAT’S NEW

New: Profile Suggestions tab — view endpoint security vulnerabilities at a glance

What you can see: A new “Profile Suggestions” tab under Device Details > Associated Profiles on Windows endpoints, showing each security profile section with a compliant or non-compliant status indicator. Expanding any non-compliant section reveals the current setting alongside the recommended value.
What you can do: Identify which profile sections on a specific endpoint deviate from recommended secure configurations — including Antivirus, Firewall, EDR, Containment, File Rating, VirusScope, and more — and use the side-by-side current vs. recommended view to understand exactly what needs to change.
Why it matters: Administrators can now detect configuration weaknesses on individual endpoints directly from the device view, without manually cross-referencing profile settings, enabling faster and more targeted remediation.

Enhanced patch visibility — logs, size, and in-progress status across device and global views
What you can see: Manual patch execution logs now appear in Device > Logs > Patch Logs and Third Party Patch Logs alongside automated patch activity. Patch size is now displayed for each entry in Patch Management. In-progress patch status is now visible at both the device level (OS and Third Party patch tabs) and in the global Patch Management inventory.
What you can do:Monitor manual and automated patch activity from a single log view. Track which patches are currently installing across individual devices and across your entire fleet in real time. Use patch size information to plan bandwidth and download time during rollouts.
Why it matters:Administrators now have complete visibility into patch deployment activity — from initiation through completion — without needing to cross-reference multiple views or wait for status to update.

➤ Script procedures now support Python 3 on Linux
What you can see: Python 3 is now available as a scripting option for Linux OS within script procedures.
What you can do: Create and run Python 3 script procedures on managed Linux devices using a set of pre-included modules — including Requests, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, psutil, Pillow, and more — without needing to install them separately on endpoints.
Why it matters: Extends the flexibility of script-based automation and management to Linux environments, bringing Linux closer to parity with Windows scripting capabilities.

➤ Client Proxy settings now available for Linux profiles
What you can see: New “Client Proxy” and “XCS Proxy” tabs within Linux profiles under Configuration Templates > Profiles.
What you can do: Configure proxy server settings including server address, port, credentials, and fallback to direct connection for Linux endpoints.
Why it matters: Administrators managing Linux devices in proxy-dependent environments can now apply and enforce proxy configuration through profiles.

➤ Invoice license information now accurately reflects RMM usage
What you can see: Invoices now display a dedicated RMM License Seat Count field alongside other license counts in the invoice details.
What you can do: Review your invoice to confirm accurate license usage — RMM device counts are now correctly reflected regardless of whether security licenses are present.
Why it matters: RMM-only customers were previously seeing a zero license count on invoices, causing confusion and potential billing disputes. Invoices now accurately reflect actual usage.

➤ New: Antivirus Scan History tab in Endpoint Security Status
What you can see: A new “Antivirus Scan History” tab within Security > Endpoint Security Status,
showing historical antivirus scan records across your managed endpoints for the last 90 days by default.
What you can do: Review per-scan records including scan type, scan state, scan date, and malware status. Filter by device group, sort by column, and export to CSV.
Why it matters: Gives administrators a complete, auditable history of antivirus scanning activity across their fleet.

➤ XCS now supports Debian 12.x
What you can see: Debian 12.x listed under Supported Device Platforms in Settings > Support.
What you can do: Enroll and manage Debian 12.x devices (with GUI and CLI) through Xcitium Enterprise and platform.
Why it matters: Ensures agent compatibility and full management coverage for environments running Debian 12.x.

➤ Get notified when agent uninstallation is attempted directly on a device
What you can see: New notifications in the Notification Center when an agent uninstalls or process termination is detected directly on an endpoint.
What you can do: Stay informed of unexpected agent removal attempts on your managed devices in real time.
Why it matters: Administrators can quickly identify and respond to situations where someone attempts to remove the agent directly from an endpoint.

➤ Export device software inventory to CSV
What you can see: A new Export button on the Software Inventory tab within device details, with an “Export to CSV” option.
What you can do: Download the full software inventory list for any individual device as a CSV file.
Why it matters: Makes it easier to share, audit, or further analyse per-device software inventory data outside the platform.

➤ XCS now supports macOS 26
What you can see: macOS 26 listed under Supported Device Platforms in Settings > Support.
What you can do: Enroll and manage macOS 26 devices through Xcitium Enterprise.
Why it matters: Ensures continued agent compatibility and management coverage as your device fleet upgrades to macOS 26.

➤ AMSI settings now configurable in Antivirus profile settings
What you can see: A new AMSI configuration section within the Realtime Scan tab under Antivirus in Configuration Templates > Profiles.
What you can do: Configure AMSI behaviour directly from the profile settings, including enabling cloud assisted AMSI scans that check file trust ratings against Xcitium’s cloud servers.
Why it matters: Gives administrators granular control over AMSI scanning behavior at the profile level.

➤ New customizable reports in Advanced Reports: Software Inventory, Patch Compliance, and Asset Summary
What you can see: Three new reports in Reports > Advanced — Software Inventory Summary, Patch Compliance Devices, and Asset Summary.
What you can do: Customise and filter data to your specific needs across software inventory, patch compliance, and fleet asset overviews.
Why it matters: Unlike standard reports, these Advanced reports are fully customisable, giving administrators the flexibility to analyse the data that matters most to them.

➤ Hear remote device audio during Remote Control sessions
What you can see: A new “Enable Audio” toggle in the Remote-Control session toolbar when connected to Windows endpoints.
What you can do: Enable one-way audio streaming to hear the remote device’s audio output on your machine in real time. The endpoint user will see an on-screen notification while audio redirection is active.
Why it matters: Technicians can now diagnose audio issues, verify media application behaviour, and follow spoken prompts during remote sessions.

➤ Third-party patch status now visible in Device Management
What you can see: A new “Third Party Patches” column in Device Management > Device List, displayed alongside the existing Patch Status column.
What you can do: Monitor the patch status of third-party applications on your managed devices directly from the device list view.
Why it matters: Gives administrators a consolidated, at-a-glance view of both OS and third-party application patch health across their device fleet.

BUG FIXES

➤ “Enroll Anyway” disclaimer now displays correctly during remote desktop sessions
What you can see: The “Enroll Anyway” disclaimer now appears as expected when enrolling a device while connected via RDP or any third-party remote connection tool.
What you can do: Proceed with device enrollment during remote sessions without the disclaimer being suppressed.
Why it matters: Ensures the enrollment flow is complete and consistent regardless of how the administrator is connected to the endpoint.

➤ Fixed: Enrollment process no longer hangs on server OS for non-verified accounts
What you can see: The enrollment disclaimer banner now displays correctly when enrolling a server OS device on a non-verified account. What you can do: Proceed through the enrollment flow on server OS
devices without the process hanging. Why it matters: Ensures a consistent and uninterrupted enrollment experience across both desktop and server operating systems.

Is the current XCSM compatible with V26 or will there be a new agent released this week?

Can we also be notified by a ticket being created?

With this release the screen notification is what we will release. But let me take the ticket creation task as a request
