Xcitium Enterprise & Platform and Agent March Release (April 09, 2026)
Xcitium Enterprise & Platform
What’s in This Release
→ File Rating for macOS Endpoints Now Available
What you can see: OS column in File Rating and Containment Logs tables with filter support
What you can do: Apply File Rating actions for macOS endpoints; admin rating decisions pushed from portal to agent
Why it matters: Full feature parity with Windows across File Rating and Containment Logs workflows
XCS Agent
→ File Rating Now Supported on macOS Agent
What you can see: Unified File Rating view in agent GUI with final composite rating and per-source verdicts
What you can do: Leverage rating-driven containment and scanning decisions on macOS
Why it matters: macOS endpoints now have the same file analysis intelligence as Windows
Bug Fixes
→ Xcitium Client – Security Item Now Displays Correctly During Device Enrollment
What you can see: Xcitium Client – Security item present in enroll link creation flow under all Client Settings configurations
What you can do: Enroll and protect devices without encountering a missing Security client option regardless of version change settings
Why it matters: Regression caused the item to be absent when version change options were disabled with a Preview XCS version selected
→ Firewall Logs Column Display Corrected in EM Portal
What you can see: Firewall log columns in EM Portal now correctly correspond to XCS UI columns
What you can do: Review Firewall log data with confidence that labels and values are accurately matched
Why it matters: Previous mismatch made cross-view log interpretation unreliable.
→ macOS and Linux Platform Selection Restored in Bulk Installation Package
What you can see: macOS and Linux tabs in Bulk Installation Package are now accessible
What you can do: Create bulk installation packages for macOS and Linux without being blocked by Windows XCS version selection
Why it matters: Regression caused by XCS(W) 13.8 selection blocked bulk enrollment for those platforms.
