What’s in This Release

Remote Desktop

► Force Screen Recording: Never Miss a Remote Session Again

Remote sessions happen fast, and when someone forgets to press record, the evidence is gone. Force Screen Recording removes that risk and puts you in full control of how sessions are captured and stored.

Switch it on once, record everything. In the new Screen Recording tab under Remote Control in your Device Profile, next to File Transfer, turn on the Force Screen Recording toggle. Every remote session is then recorded automatically from the moment it starts. No one has to remember to begin, and manual start and stop controls are disabled on both the technician and host sides, so no session goes unrecorded. There’s no limit on how long a session can run.

You choose where recordings live. Store them on the Technician (Viewer) machine, on the Host (Endpoint) machine, or on both at the same time. On the host, recordings save by default to ProgramData\ScreenRecords. Only the host endpoint needs to be enrolled, and the technician’s machine does not.

Move recordings to the cloud automatically. Set up a procedure in Procedure Scheduler to watch the recordings folder. When a finished recording appears, it is uploaded to the cloud and the local copy is deleted, so your endpoints stay clean while your recordings are collected in one place.

MDR

► MDR Tickets: Search Beyond the Subject Line and Find Any Ticket

The answer is rarely in the title. It’s buried in the details, and now your search can reach it. The Tickets filter has become Subject / Description, so a single search covers the full text of every ticket. Look up a phrase like “move to folder: Conversation History” and go straight to the ticket, even among dozens that share the same generic subject. Your analysts spend less time opening tickets one by one and more time stopping threats.

► MDR Tickets: Export Your Ticket Data to CSV and Put It to Work

Your MDR ticket data now goes wherever your work takes it. Pick a date range, click the new Export to CSV button at the top right of the Tickets page, and download your tickets in one step. The button stays disabled until a date range is selected. Use your tickets for executive reports, audit and compliance records, historical trend analysis, or your own analytics and BI platforms. Your ticket history becomes proof of the value of your security operations and a source of insight for your next decision, instead of staying locked in the portal.

Alerts & Investigation

► Alert Search: Pinpoint Alerts by Process Hash
Alerts are now tied to the correct process hash. Search by an alert’s own process hash and it appears, so you can trace a threat to its source without detours.

► Alert Search: File Hash Search That Delivers
Paste a file hash into Security > Endpoint Security > Alerts and get your matching alerts back. Your team can trace a suspicious file straight to the alerts it triggered.

► EXDR Events: Filtering Back at Full Strength
Filter your EXDR events and see the records that match. Narrowing down to what matters is again a fast, dependable step in your investigations.

► Network Security Score: A Number You Can Trust
Your Network Security percentage has been recalibrated to reflect your real coverage. Full coverage can now reach a full 100%, so the score matches your security posture.

Platform & Policy

► Policy Updates: Your Defaults, Honored
Set your default client versions once in Portal set-up > Client settings, and your policies follow them. The Policy > Updates defaults for Communication Client, XCS, and EXDR no longer jump to the latest preview, so your rollouts run the way you planned.
