XCITIUM ENTERPRISE & ESSENTIAL PLATFORM

EXDR

EXDR Agent Version visibility added to the Audit Dashboard.

What you can see: A new “EXDR Agent Version (Windows)” widget on the Endpoint Manager Audit Dashboard showing version distribution across enrolled devices, with latest/default version indicators and outdated device counts — mirroring the existing Communication Client and Security Client charts.
What you can do: Quickly identify which devices are running outdated EXDR agent versions and how many endpoints are on the latest version at a glance.
Why it matters: Keeping EXDR agents up to date is critical for endpoint protection — this widget gives administrators instant visibility into agent version compliance across their fleet without manual querying.

SIG-Shadow AI

Shadow AI Discovery Report reliability and accuracy improved. The report now loads in under a second, the Source field consistently displays the device hostname, and time-range figures are accurate and consistent — resolving previous timeout errors and data inconsistencies.

Managed AI

►Integration descriptions updated to clearly reflect AI Agent’s role in IT and support workflows.
What you can see: Refreshed descriptions across the Integrations page and individual integration cards, including Service Desk V2, Office 365 Automation, Google Workspace, and coming-soon entries (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, AWS Automation).
What you can do: Connect integrations to enable your AI Agent to handle IT requests, user operations, and support workflows automatically and consistently — with actions guided by predefined workflows and conditions.
Why it matters: Clearer descriptions help you understand how each integration fits into your AI Agent’s capabilities, making it easier to configure the right automations for your support and IT operations.

►New “Intune Device Wipe for Another User” playbook added for device reset requests.
What you can see: A new playbook available in your IT Service Agent — “Intune Device Wipe for Another User” — built on your existing Microsoft Intune integration.
What you can do: Submit a device wipe request by serial number. The playbook validates the device, routes the request through an approval step, and triggers the Intune wipe action upon approval.
Why it matters: Streamlines device reset workflows for IT teams, reducing manual steps and ensuring wipe requests go through a controlled, approval-gated process before execution.

►Staff users can now view all agents added by their MSP.
What you can see: All agents configured by your MSP are now visible to staff users under Management > Staff.
What you can do: Access the full list of MSP agents without needing elevated account admin permissions.
Why it matters: Improves team visibility and coordination, ensuring staff users have the agent context they need to manage and support operations effectively.

►Contact list is now automatically synced on login.
What you can see: Your contact list reflects the current state upon login without a manual sync step.
What you can do: Start working with an up-to-date contact list immediately after logging in.
Why it matters: Keeps contact data current automatically, reducing manual effort and the risk of working with outdated information.

►Chat History consolidated into a single page with Chatbot and Channels tabs.
What you can see: A unified Chat History page with two tabs — Chatbot and Channels — replacing the previously separate history views.
What you can do: Switch between your Chatbot conversation history and channel-based conversations (Teams, WhatsApp, Slack, and others) from a single page, with all existing features retained on each tab.
Why it matters: Makes it easier to review and manage all agent conversations in one place, without navigating between separate pages.

►Microsoft Outlook can now be connected as an email channel via OAuth.
What you can see: A Microsoft Outlook option under the Email section in Channels, with OAuth-based account connection.
What you can do: Connect your Outlook account by granting the required permissions, then use it as the email channel for your agent to send and receive responses.
Why it matters: Enables teams using Microsoft Outlook to route email interactions through their AI Agent without manual configuration, keeping email support consistent and automated.
