Xcitium Enterprise & Platform April Release (April 02, 2026)

Xcitium Enterprise & Platform

What’s in This Release

→Subject Column Now Sortable in Tickets Table
The Tickets table in Managed Security now supports sorting by Subject, giving you more flexibility in
how you organize and review your tickets.
• A sort indicator (↑ / ↓) on the Subject column header reflecting the current sort direction
• Visual styling consistent with other sortable columns in the table
• Click the Subject column header to sort tickets alphabetically (A→Z), reverse alphabetically
(Z→A), or return to the default view.
• Apply Subject sorting alongside existing search filters and date range selections.
• Navigate across pages with sort order maintained throughout
Why it matters: Quickly group and locate tickets by subject content, especially useful when managing
large ticket volumes across multiple issues or incidents.

→EDR Events Now Correctly Displayed as EXDR on Xcitium Enterprise
An issue has been resolved where EDR events on Xcitium Enterprise were not reflecting the correct
event type label.
• EDR events on Xcitium Enterprise are now correctly reported and displayed as EXDR.
• Review your event logs to confirm EXDR events are now accurately reflected in your portal.
Why it matters: Accurate event type classification ensures your security team can triage and respond
to the right event categories without confusion or missed detections.

→Profile Now Applied Correctly When Device Owner Is Changed
An issue has been resolved where reassigning a device to a different user did not trigger that user’s
associated profile to apply on the endpoint.
