What’s in This Release
→ Improved Suppression Rule Reliability
Resolved an issue where alert suppression rules were not functioning as expected in certain environments, causing alerts to remain visible despite configured suppression conditions.
→ Improved Suppression Rule Handling for Quoted Values
Resolved an issue where suppression rules could not be created when the case condition contained double quotes (") in fields such as process command line values.
→Corrected MSP License Type
Resolved an issue where d MSP licenses were incorrectly identified as Enterprise Platinum instead of MSP Platinum in the database and SIG portal.
→Corrected Alert Time Sorting in EDR
Resolved an issue where alerts in the EDR portal were displayed out of chronological order due to incorrect time field usage during sorting.
→Restored Antivirus Event Visibility in Xcitium Enterprise
Resolved an issue where Antivirus (AV) events were not appearing in the Xcitium Enterprise platform, even though events were visible in NGAV and Essentials.
→Fixed Incorrect Network Token After Endpoint Company Movement
Resolved an issue where endpoints moved between companies were still receiving the old Network Token in their profile.
→Improved Accuracy of Removed Device Names in Device Control
Resolved an issue where previously removed devices were displaying incorrect or missing names in the Device Control section.
