Xcitium Enterprise users can now view and pay outstanding invoices directly within the platform, enabling seamless billing management without support assistance.

Resolved an issue with enabling the MDR Service through the “XCS Log Forwarding” configuration in profile settings.

I want to let you know that the option Analyze unknown files in the cloud by uploading them for instant analysis(Comodo Labs) for Comodo 2025 does not work the files are unrecognized now for 5 days
Could you please fix it?
This option does not work it is said that if Xcitium does not know if its good or bad it will upload the file to Comodos human expert team to look at it but it looks like it does not work it takes days to analyze a file even weeks and months but it is said that the verdict should come in 1-2 hours…
Could you please fix that?
However for Xcitium Client Security everything works fine but i do not know why it does not work for Comodo?
