Script to customise WIndows 11 which can be updated on-going with new settings

Would it be possible to create a script for Windows settings which can be added to as requested:
Starting with:
Enable or disable ‘Show recommendations for tips, shortcuts, new apps’

As more features need to be customised they could be added to the script. Maybe existing scripts could be added to create one larger script for Windows customisations.
