Script to find and delete a file

There doesn’t seem to be a script where you can simply scan a pc for a file in given paths and delete a file if found.

I was able to modify the “remove files from folder” procedure for one file path where it is in a specific location. But I also need another procedure to scan the enter “C:\users\every user directory”; what do I put in the code to do that?
