Script to place Teamviewer Quick Support on public desktop with an option to delete it too

Hi @PremJKumar

Please could you create a script to download https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS_x64.exe
and save it to C:\Users\public\Desktop

it would also be useful to have an option in the script to delete C:\Users\public\Desktop\TeamViewerQS_x64.exe for after it is no longer required.
