Hi Xcitium ,

This CIS version has a problem, do not install it.

It causes errors on HP Elitebook devices.

My clients have also started experiencing problems with this version. It seems like the version is locked in the backend, but is there any way to downgrade it online?

Yes, uninstall CIS and when reinstalling, select version 13.6 Latest stable from here.

We have the XCSW Security Client running on many Elite Books without issues. The most likely reason you are experiencing problems is due to Windows Security Quarantining Xcitium Files - #2 by nct

No, it’s not that. When I installed CIS, it said Circular Error.

We reverted to version 13.6. There’s a problem with version 13.8. We’re waiting for the release.
