SEG History list, clean message: "Message not found in Quarantine."

When trying to display an email in the history list, I get the above message. The email is NOT in quarantine. It seems like that is the result of the email being a week old. If the limit is 7 days, something should tell me that. If I can’t review the message, why does it show up? (If I try to release the email to send it again, I get a “release error”.
