hi @nhillbish

the two factor authentication is set up for security purpose which we generally suggest to all customer to keep it enabled. You can always login to your account and disable to 2FA.

Regarding the Remote Control , it is used to remotely monitor the devices and communicate between the devices enrolled for which separate application provided and you can login through it to manage your devices remotely instead through our web portal

Hi Nivedithab,

What if all the user accounts in the web portal are required to authenticate via AzureAD due to our own internal security requirements? How do users sign into the Remote Control app

hi @jakeritter , that is a great feature request and thank you very much for sharing your use-case.

I have some good news, we are working on a browser based remote control functionality to avoid such additional login requirements, and eliminate using a separate tool for remote access. It will be ready soon.

I hope this would solve your problem.
