Staff Access Help

Morning all,

I need some guidance. I am in the process of bringing a new client online, but they need to be able to access their Xcitium control panel.

Is there a way I can create a staff and assign it to a customer. and the staff ONLY have access to that customer?

you can manage admin and staff through portal, please find below guide

Unless I am missing something, it does not give me the option to assign staff to a customer so that staff can only see the devices under that customer.

could you please share all the screenshot of the page which you are trying to add the staff member to customer along with your account details to our support team support@xcitium.com , so that they can help you out further after analysing the screenshots
