Still locked out after 6 days, I have nothing to pay but my account is frozen.

I have paid all the invoices due as far as I can tell, but I have also received 2 duplicated invoices with different numbers - my account has been frozen for 6 days now.

Support have said they have unfrozen my account, but its still frozen - I have cleared cache etc but still have no access. Ticket number is #37108.

Any advice - seems to be a common issue.

the AR team is reviewing all accounts and invoices to resolve this issue,
the existing security settings of all devices enrolled under portal remains same , only the access to the portal to make further changes is being frozen . kindly allow the AR team time to resolve the same.
