I am a little confused, has anyone done this? If so, did the transition process bring over any data for users or did you have to re-enter?

your accounts are created by us for new platform and then you need to configure the rest of the settings by your side. Please find the below guide for the same

Thanks, did all that. Was concerned because user list did not get imported.
So far none of my clients have been imported. Also the instructions have not worked for the most part. I am an MSP with many domains and users. This looks like it is going to be like starting over, having to re-train everyone, and all before they cut us off on the 27th…the day before our US holiday thanksgiving.

Were you able to log in with credentials of ASG account owner? We are not.
