We expect you update Service Status so that we are aware of it. There is no point in creating a ticket and then knowing that your platform is down for whatever reason.
Apologies for the inconvenience , there was technical glitch , please do check the status now.
It got fixed but please refer to my previous comment to update the status in your status website so that we know that there is an issue. We have asked our L1 teams to look at that first whenever something is not working as expected. But that dashboard always shows green and only upon raising a ticket we are informed of the service issue.
Note that there is a SLA signed, so you need to honor that as well.
