I install ninjarmm but the containment of Comodo keep stoping the powershell script that send Ninjarmm to do the installations. I need support to find a solution to this.

You can add exclusion for the application or file groups. For creating a File Group and adding exclusions under Security components, please follow the steps mentioned in the below article:
